Over a 10 year period I have focused my energies on establishing the most usable, measurable and efficient fat loss formula for both men and women. My goal was to break down existing preconceptions about personal training by offering a service which allowed normal people to achieve outstanding results without turning their lives upside down.  The key to my formula has been the individual diagnosis of different body types and the personalised feedback which follows in the form of meal plans and personal training sessions.

As a client of mine, you can expect to be informed of the following information before having an exercise and nutrition plan designed for you: (1) Understanding which 1 of the 3 genetic body types you are whilst having the do’s and don’ts explained to you for your specific type (2) Having your areas of fat storage linked to hormonal imbalance whilst being provided with step by step nutritional instructions to reduce fat in stubborn areas (3) Knowing which combination of overall calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fibre is best suited for your genetic body type and hormonal profile (4) Being educated as to which muscle fibre type you are dominant in providing the answers to the exact ratio of weights versus cardio which is going to give you the fastest fat loss results.

Armed with this level of information about your body, I am able to make huge changes in just 6 weeks. Before designing a programme for you, I will retrieve all of the above information from you in your initial assessment which is theory and practical based. Your results provide all of the answers to what your exercise and nutrition plan will look like.

I like to run my business slightly differently from other Personal Trainers in London. I have a reputation of having a high turn over of clients compared to other PT’s. This is because I set very specific goals for people to achieve in a certain time frame. Once they have achieved these goals and I feel they fully understand what their body requires for long term change, I strongly encourage them to put this into practice alone. This system allows me to work very closely with people for a relatively short period of time to achieve a specific goal whilst providing you with the tools to make long term gains yourself.
