June 11, 2010 No CommentsMy male 6 week fat loss programme is perfectly suited for men who want to drop body fat and change their body shape. My training model has been designed by highly qualified exercise practitioners with over 10 years worth of experience in dealing with fat loss and shape change.
Exercise wise, for maximum results over the 6 week period, I suggest 2 personal training sessions per week. You can expect to be guided through my own ‘Functional Fat Loss’ training system which is a perfect mix of circuits training, strength work, core strength and endurance.
My exercise model has been designed very specificially to drop body fat and change your body shape as quickly and safely as possible.
Before I design a nutrition programme for you I use a scientific based assessment to establish your body type and which foods will suit you best to achieve the desired fat loss goal. The assessment involves taking manual body fat readings from all over your body. I can accurately gage where and why you store body fat in certain places based on specific hormones being over or under produced.
Once I have created your personal hormonal profile (based on your assessment), I will go about designing the perfect 6 week nutrition plan and often recommend some supplements to maximize your fat loss and shape change over the 6 week time period.
