To achieve the desired weight loss result over a 6 week period, I work closely on a hormonal level with all of my female clients. I know that an imbalance of certain hormones including oestrogen, insulin and cortisol are often responsible for fat storage and excess body weight in specific areas on your body.
For me to create the perfect programme for you, I use a scientific based assessment which allows me to establish which hormones are being over produced based on where your body fat is distributed. Your hormonal profile provides me with specific information about your body type which allows me to create a personalised 6 week exercise and nutrition programme for you.
Exercise wise, for maximum results over the 6 week period, I recommend 2 Personal Training Sessions per week. My unique exercise model finds the perfect balance of aerobic, circuits and weight training for maximum fat loss over a 6 week period. My results driven programme is the perfect way to lose weight and change your body shape.

Step 3: Personal Training and online support
- 2 x 60 minute personal training sessions per week for 6 weeks
- Exercise programmes to follow outside of the PT sessions
