Would you like to know which type of exercise and nutrition best suits your body type?

Male or female, we all come under one of three ’somatic’ body types (Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph as seen below). All three types require a different set of exercise and nutrition guidelines for maximum fat loss results. An exercise programme which works well for an Ectomorph is likely to offer very little to an Endomorph and a nutrition plan designed for a mesomorph may be unsuitable for an ectomorph. It is vital that you understand which type you are if long term results is what you are after.
