Getting started
Before designing your Personal Training programme, we need to assess you. Completing an assessment is the first step towards a bespoke exercise and nutrition plan for you.
Our six-week training programme
Six-weeks is the minimum amount of time we work with a new client. Having completed your assessment, we will establish your six-week goals which relate to your weight, your body fat percentage, your hormonal profile and your lean muscle mass. We will then guide you through our six-week programme, which involves two Personal Training sessions per week over the six-week period. Outside of the personal training programme, we will also provide you with an exercise routine to do on your own to complement the work done within the PT sessions.
Your nutrition plan
We will provide you with day to day meal plans to suit your body type and your goal. We will also monitor your progress via regular body fat assessments throughout the six-weeks to ensure you are making the desired adaptations.
Hormones and fat loss
We work very closely on a hormonal level with all of our male clients. Hormones including testosterone, cortisol and insulin all play crucial roles in your strength levels, how quickly you recover from exercise, where you store fat and how efficient your body is at burning it. Within our assessment, we will discuss with you how best to address any hormonal imbalance to improve your health and maximise your results.
Cost of our six-week programme
£1,200
This includes:
- Initial assessment (Hormonal analysis, Nutritional consultation and fitness test)
- Day to day meal plans and shopping list
- Re evaluation of your body fat levels and hormonal profile throughout the six-week period
- 12 x 60 minute personal training sessions over the six-week period
- Tailored exercise programmes to follow outside of the PT sessions (if needed)
