Getting started
Before designing your Personal Training programme, I need to assess you. Completing an Assessment is the first step towards a bespoke exercise and nutrition plan for you.
Your Personal Training Programme
Having completed your assessment, I will guide you through my female 6 week Personal Training Plan. This involves a minimum of 2 Personal Training sessions per week over a 6 week period. Throughout this period, I will monitor your rate of fat loss and continue to adapt your programme to ensure ongoing results avoiding a plateau.
Your assessment results will provide me with the answers to which type of exercise programme best suits your body type. I am a strong believer in using a mixture of weight training and cardiovascular exercise to suit your genetic body type and hormonal imbalances. The right combination of exercise will allow your body to burn fat for up to 8 hours after each workout. To put this into perspective, a 45 minute run will only provide you with up to an hours worth of post workout fat burning! To achieve 8 hours of fat burning after a workout, the intensity must be right. If the reps are too high and the weights too light, you will struggle to maximise your fat loss. I will choose the combination of exercise which suits you best.
Your Nutrition Plan
I work very closely on a hormonal level with all of my female clients which directly contributes to your meal plans. Hormones including oestrogen, cortisol and insulin all play crucial roles in how efficient your body is at burning fat. I will provide you with daily meal plans with exact breakdowns of proteins, carbohydrates and fats to suit your hormonal profile and fat loss goals. You can expect to be guided step by step through this vital section to your weight loss success.
