‘”Since my assessment 8 weeks ago, my overall bodyweight has reduced by 20 pounds (from 11 stone 8 pounds to 10 stone 2 pounds) simply by following the principles devised by Dave Fletcher. I’ve cut out all the unnecessary sugars that I’d previously consumed. My protein intake now comes mainly from lean meat as opposed to the protein shakes & bars I used to eat (up to 4 a day). I have found that my energy levels have increased as well as my enthusiasm and the only trouble now is trying to rein myself in and not overtrain.
