6 week weight loss programme for women

How does it all work?

Within our unique 6 week model, you can expect to be guided step by step through a personal training programme and nutrition plan in accordance to your body type and weight loss goals.

To achieve the desired weight loss result over a 6 week period, we work closely on a hormonal level with all our female clients. We know that an imbalance of certain hormones including oestrogen, insulin and cortisol are often responsible for fat storage and excess body weight in specific areas on your body.

For us to create the perfect programme for you, we use a scientific based assessment called Bio Signature which allows us to establish which hormones are being over produced based on where your body fat is distributed. Bio Signature provides us with specific information about your body type which allows us to create a personalised 6 week exercise and nutrition programme for you.

Exercise wise, for maximum results over the 6 week period, we recommend 2 Personal Training Sessions per week. Our unique exercise model finds the perfect balance of aerobic, circuits and weight training for maximum fat loss over a 6 week period. Our results driven programme is the perfect way to lose weight and change your body shape.
